The basic process in all sequencer programmes is always you have to import the loop to your session or the audio pool of your session, drop it to an audio track and adjust the tempo.
If you use ProTools it is very easy. Just import the choosen loops to your session, drop it into a free audio track and adjust the tempo. Here are the few steps you have to take in pictures:
Step One
Import the choosen loop to your audio pool.
Step Two
Drag the file on drop it into an free audio track.
Step Tree
Mark the file. Go to the audiosuite menue and choose time compression expansion.
Step Four
Set the right source tempo and the right destination tempo. Click process.
Step Five
You are back in your session with the loop adjusted to the grid of your session.
Step Five
Repeat the loop as often as you need to.
